Connecting Looker Studio to On Premises Databases

First ensure that the database IP is reachable from Looker IPs (there’s a set of known IPs that Looker uses). Once that is validated, it is a matter of 

1. Creating a new connection in Looker studio for the db
2. Allowing the Looker IPs to connect – (in the target db)
3. The list of known Looker IP Addresses is
